MERCH Amsterdam can not guarantee 100% protection for your phone. Handle our product with care and at your own risk.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship worldwide. The estimated delivery time is depending on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We ship all orders with track & trace. 

We’re doing our best to fulfill all orders within 24 hours. This means that, when placing an order, your package will leave our warehouse within 24 hours.

Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as MERCH Amsterdam will not be responsible for orders shipped out to incorrect addresses.  

RETURNS

We will offer a full refund within 30 days from when your order is delivered. Send an email to support@merch-amsterdam.com if you want to return a product.

  • All products must be unused.

  • Shipping back to our warehouse is free.

As soon as we have received your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business to process your refund.
