Returns:

TERRIBLE

It doesn’t fit the phone at all. I’ve emailed to return as that’s the process but nobody replies. What a waste!! Save your money.

Bad customer service

I was really looking forward to my phone case, but my experience with Merge Amsterdam has been very disappointing. The delivery company kept saying they couldn’t deliver because the address was ‘incomplete.’ I checked all the address details I provided when placing an order and they were correct. The delivery company also can not deliver to any drop-off point.

I sent three emails to Merge Amsterdam support asking for help and a solution, and I never received any answer — except one message saying, ‘you should already have your order, write us a review.’ So at this point I’ve paid money, I don’t have my phone case, I have no response from support, and I don’t know if I will get a refund.

Be very careful when ordering

Nice design, but doesn’t fit perfectly :(

The design is nice and clean. Sadly my case doesn’t fit well at the right side above the on/off button… Don’t know if it’s always like that but the phone isn’t properly protected at this side of the case :(
