Returns:

Shipping back to our warehouse is free.

Not received my Order

Since January I haven’t received my oder or money back.
No answers to my emails.

The print is very faint and customer service did not answer

The case did not arrive as pictured, the printed writing and smiley were very faint, not good quality at all. The mirrored surface is nice though and shipping was fast. For the return I wrote an e-mail, as recommended in the FAQs regarding returns. It’s been well over 3 business days now and I have not heard back yet though.
